SanDisk started a viral campaign asking people to buy their Sansa e200 mp3 player instead of an iPod. If only their product designers had also kept the thought ‘iDon’t follow’ in mind. I’d love to see a pre and post study on what kind of impact this campaign has in regards to their brand. Crap.
