I keep seing these naked trees with signs saying ‘This tree has been poisoned’ around Double Bay and Rose Bay here in Sydney. Makes you wonder who else would have any interest in killing a tree than the dudes living right behind it.

I’m a big fan of entertaining and engaging online campaigns using video in an interactive way and here’s a little beauty from Greece for the Lacta chocolate bar, produced by Ogilvy One Worldwide. You decide whether the love story is successful by making choices. In my case there wasn’t much love going as I took a wrong turn and lost Joanna. Might need to try again.

What also caught my eye is that when you right click the agency inserted a little Flash link sending people over to their site which is rather uncommon:

In the last few years I’ve often wondered who the person was that kept beautifying the fence of the bridge over Boundary St here in Sydney. And today I met him doing a little piece next to my house:

Andy Uprock is a Sydney based artist whos work includes transforming streetscapes into large floating cup installations. The method and practice of his work runs parallel to the culture of graffiti and he titles this movement ‘Cuprocking.’
