An interesting move by Apple to address their recent issues with the recently launched MobileMe service. Although they’re not really known for a two-way dialogue with their customers they have started a blog-like status page. Interestingly it starts with ‘Steve Jobs has asked me to write a posting every other day…’ but you don’t know who is actually writing. And unsurprisingly you can’t leave a comment. Baby steps.
