Looks like an early execution of the sustain phase of CPB’s Microsoft Windows campaign.

The fan-made and now official video clip by French director Clement Picon won the competition put out by animation website Aniboom. And the guy got £5000 in return which seems a little weak. Ah yeah, there was 3 other winners for other songs. See them all here.
