I just added a Wordpress plugin that enables easy visibility of ETTF.NET on your mobile device. Not just for iPhone fanboys but everyone with proper interwebs access on their phone. If you want to generate your own QR code then you can do that here.
Update: If you want to stay up to date with the world of QR codes then make sure you follow 2d QR Codes and All about Mobile Life.
