Good insight but some creative dude will be looking for a job very soon as this ad will cause a bit of a stir.

I think it’s pretty clever. The guy tries to kill himself in the car using the exhaust with the motor running, but because it’s a hybrid “it uses less gas”, so he was waiting too long to die and gets out and hangs himself instead. Of course the ad isn’t meant for all people – different cultures have different ideas about what’s funny. I was born in America, but my parents red me Struewelpeter, Max und Moritz and stories by the Brothers Grimm. Kids get their thumbs cut off with scissors, a girl goes on fire, a kid drowns in the river, a bunch of kids get dunked in tar, etc – to me those are bedtime stories I enjoyed immensely, the same as all German kids born over there – so a lot of German Americans born here who still have the culture will like that ad.

More like the car doesn’t have harmful emissions, so no monooxide poisioning.

It’s a mock up done by someone with too much time on their hands. There is no hybrid engine in this body style.
